GENERAL

When registering for your young player to join Four Corners Development Centre you agree to accept the terms and conditions as detailed below, and which from time to time may be amended, we will ensure that notice of any change is given. Parents and players are expected to abide by all the rules stated here in these terms and conditions.

SAFEGUARDING

Four Corners Development Centre believes that safeguarding young people is essential, all of our coaches have been trained according to the best practice set by the English Premier League to ensure the players safety both emotionally and physically.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

There will be no concession or refunds made because of adverse weather on training sessions. If any change in venue is needed to be made due to weather conditions, you will be informed in advance of the session.

TRAINING SESSION CANCELLATIONS OR DEVELOPMENT CENTRE CLOSURES

If the Development Centre is forced to close on the grounds of health & safety, any term fees will be credited to a future session/season. Only the Head Coach on the day can deem the Development Centre closed.

MARKETING & PHOTOGRAPHY

Please be aware that throughout training sessions photographs and/or videos may be taken of the children taking part for use on the website and social media, we would ask that if there are any objections to this that you inform the administrators at the time of registration at the start of the sessions.

NOTE: Third party visitors and teams are also given permission to take photographs and/or videos as part of this point, please exclusively request that your child is not included in any of the official Four Corners Development Centre videography and photography. PAYMENT

REGISTRATION PAYMENTS

Four Corners Development Centre registration is to be paid on either a monthly or quarterly basis.

In order to register, payments must be paid in full.

Payments can be made by cash, credit card or bank transfer. If a member has not paid, they may not be able to attend their training sessions until payments have been completed.

Only registered players will be able to access all the benefits of the Four Corners Development Centre.

REFUNDS AND CREDITS

In accordance with our standard policies, refunds or credits are not nominally available. Any credits given are at the sole discretion of the management. In the event of issuing a credit, the management’s decision is final. All bookings are made on the total understanding that if players leave any term before completion and / or are removed from the Development Centre, no refunds will be given.

REGISTRATION

  • All players, when expressing interest in joining the Four Corners Development Centre will be required to fill in a registration form, a medical form and a kit form. They will be invited to a trial day which will allow the coaches to allocate them to the correct session for their age and ability.

  • Players will only be accepted in the Four Corners Development Centre on the receipt of the membership/ subscription fees.

  • When joining the Four Corners Development Centre, membership/subscription fees are required to be paid before the trial day or players will not be able to participate.

  • When joining the Four Corners Development Centre, players will need to purchase their training kit and bag upon registration. Payment for training kits is required in full upon registration.

  • In the event that a player wants to leave the Four Corners Development Centre, they must provide a minimum of one month’s notice. Any outstanding fees must be paid to the Development Centre prior to the player leaving. Notice of cancellation should be given to the branch administration and all verbal cancellations must also be provided in writing by email info@4cornersdc.co.uk.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

GENERAL INFORMATION

Any personal information which you provide to us by filling in the Registration form, including that relating to children, will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will use this information for the organisation and management of the Development Centre. The Four Corners Development Centre is compliant with the new English GDPR laws revised in 2017.

 

The Development Centre will not divulge or provide any external third party with any details provided by the parents who register with the Four Corners Development Centre.  Any details provided to the Development Centre are held with confidence and only seen by staff or partners of the Development Centre. MEDICAL INFORMATION

Any personal information which you provide to us by filling in the medical form will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will use this information for the organisation and management of the Development Centre. The Four Corners Development Centre Football is compliant with the new English GDPR laws revised in 2017.

 

By agreeing to the Terms & Conditions the members of staff of Four Corners Development Centre are given permission to carry out First Aid should injury/illness occur, within their capabilities and qualifications. Please note we will have a fully qualified physiotherapist present at every training session. Should a player require medical attention, qualified physiotherapist will initially try to contact each parent and/or alternative contact listed prior to seeking other medical attention for the player. FOOD ALLERGIES AND OTHER CONDITIONS

If your child has any type of allergy or other condition such as epilepsy, please ensure that it has been included in the medical form in the appropriate field in order to make Four Corners Development Centre aware.

 

CHANGES TO PERSONAL OR MEDICAL DETAILS

By agreeing to the Terms & Conditions you are also agreeing to keep us updated with any changes to your personal or medical details or that of the emergency contact on the registration form.

 

In the event that your child develops any condition during their membership please notify the Development Centre with immediate effect by emailing info@4cornersdc.co.uk.

 

PARENTS AND PLAYERS

All parents are required to be respectful to all members of staff at the Four Corners Development Centre.

 

Lateness can cause serious problems, should your child attend training sessions late, they shall be marked as such on the register if it happens several times, you will be notified in writing and it may result in the cancellation of your subscription at the Four Corners Development Centre.

PLAYERS CODE OF CONDUCT:

•       Must attend training sessions on time

•       Must follow the nutritional guidelines

•       Must commit 100% to the session

•       Must come fully ready and dressed for play

•       Must listen to the coach

•       Must commit 100% to the session

 

PARENTS CODE OF CONDUCT:

•       Respect the coaches, referee, and opposition

•       No Arguments or Shouting (Be a good example for your child)

•       Winning is not everything (Performance is key)

•       Must help the coach by letting him do his job

•       Do not get upset if the coach tells your child off

 

TRAINING DAY

  • Arrive 10 mins early – Go to administrator for attendance

  • Attendance register signing starts 10 minutes before session starts

  • We are not responsible for your child before or after the training session. Parents must pick up the child from the training ground/Pitch.

  • We are not responsible for your child’s property, ensure all kit is clearly labelled with your child’s name

 

CORRECT TRAINING UNIFORM:

All Four Corners Development Centre players must wear full Four Corners Development Centre Training Kits during every training session, include the initial trial session. Full kits must be purchased at the time of registration.

 

Coaches will perform regular checks and players will be marked on their appearance during assessments:

  • Wear: – Shirt, Shorts, Shin pads, Football Socks, Boots.

  • All players kit and equipment must be clearly labelled with their name

  • Bring a bottle of water, which is clearly labelled with your child’s name

 

BEHAVIOUR

Each child attending the Four Corners Development Centre are of equal value and have equal access to opportunities therefore we do not accept any form of antisocial or dangerous behaviour including, bullying, swearing or violence towards any other members.

 

If any child is considered to have behaved in an unacceptable manner, they will be automatically expelled from the Four Corners Development Centre, we also operate a zero tolerance to racism and sexism.
