  • Perform a Contract: to provide you/your child/other person/s with a Football Development Program specific to their needs

  • Answer any queries you send to us via our website or other method of communication

  • Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests

  • Manage our relationship with you

  • Enable you to partake in a prize draw, competition or complete a survey

  • Administer and protect our business and this website (including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, system maintenance, support, reporting and hosting of data)

  • Deliver relevant website content and advertisements to you and measure or understand the effectiveness of the advertising we serve to you

  • Use data analytics to improve and develop our website, products/services, marketing, customer relationships and experiences and for internal market research, strategic development, and statistical analysis

We do not rely on further consent as a legal basis for processing your personal data although we will get your consent before sending direct marketing communications to you if you have not previously enquired, purchased something from us or undertaken a Registration with us and in order to share your personal data with any third party for their marketing communications. We will also rely on your consent to our use of special category data as outlined in the paragraph “Special Category Data”.

 

Withdrawing your Consent

You have the right to withdraw consent to marketing at any time by contacting us or in the case of email marketing, including our newsletter, if you unsubscribe.

 

Data Collection

For the avoidance of doubt, personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data). Includes National ID details, first name, maiden name, last name, username or similar identifier, marital status, title, date of birth and gender

2. Contact Data:

Includes National ID details, billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers

3. Financial Data:

Includes bank account and payment card details

4. Transaction Data:

Includes details about payments to and from you and other details of services you have purchased from us

4. Technical Data:

Includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website

6. Profile Data:

Includes your username and password, details of previous enquiries, itineraries or bookings made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback, and survey responses

7. Usage Data:

Includes information about how you use our website, products, and services

8. Marketing & Communications Data:

Includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences

9. Aggregated Data:

Including statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this privacy policy

10. Special Category Data: Health & Mobility Data

When registering yourself/a child and/or children with us we will ask you to disclose any medical conditions/health issues or any restrictions on your/their mobility. This is to enable us and our Team Members to provide for your/their health, safety, and welfare. Any information of this type that you provide to us constitutes special category data under applicable data protection laws and so when you provide it to us, you give your/their consent to us using such information for the purpose of making your/their health, safety, and welfare arrangements including our sharing of your/their information with any necessary Team Members for this purpose. If you choose not to disclose this information to us or your consent to use it for the outlined purposes, we may not be able to provide the services you have requested due to our legal responsibility to provide you with safe considerations

 

Failing to provide Personal Required Data

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us, but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

1. Promotional offers from us, Four Corners Development Centre

We may use your Identity, Contact, Technical, Usage and Profile Data to form a view on what we think you may want or need, or what may be of interest to you. This is how we decide which products, services and offers may be relevant for you (we call this marketing). You will receive marketing communications from us if you have previously opted into receiving them from us, or if you have previously asked for a quote or made a purchase with us or made booking with us, and you have not opted out of receiving that marketing.

2. Preference Services from us, Four Corners Development Centre

You may sign up to one or more of the preference services operating in the UK: The Telephone Preference Service (“the TPS”), the Corporate Telephone Preference Service (“the CTPS”), and the Mailing Preference Service (“the MPS”). These may help to prevent you receiving unsolicited marketing. 3. Profiling

We may use your personal data to personalise and tailor your experience by using your previous requests and/or communications with our staff and providers which have fulfilled part of your bookings, your browsing activity, and other publicly available information (such as demographic data provided by an external provider), to make recommendations and special offers to you about products and services we think may be of interest to you based on your profile.

We will get your express opt-in consent before we share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Spam Protection

This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

6. Opting Out

You can ask us or third parties to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by following the opt-out links on any marketing message sent to you or by contacting us at any time via the email info@4cornersdc.co.uk and marking your email with the subject wording, “Opting Out”. Where you opt out of receiving marketing messages, we will still process your personal data for fulfilling your enquiry and/or booking and for the other activities indicated other than marketing.

Should you wish to unsubscribe from marketing communications via email, you may opt out by clicking on the clearly marked ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of any Newsletter or Marketing Email.

 

Change of Purpose

We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. If you wish to get an explanation as to how the processing for the new purpose is compatible with the original purpose, please contact us. If we need to use your personal data for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and we will explain the legal basis which allows us to do so. Please note that we may process your personal data without your knowledge or consent, in compliance with the above rules, where this is required or permitted by law.

We may share your personal data with the parties set out below for the purposes already confirmed in this privacy policy. Please note that some of these parties are not located in your home country or community and may be held to different local laws. 1. Internal Third Parties:

Companies in the Four Corners Development Centre Group who act as joint controllers or processors, who assist with the arrangement of the Development Centre.

2. External Third Parties:

Third Parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer or merge parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy policy.

3. Public Authorities if required by them in order for us to fulfil your reservation or agreement, or as required by law. This may include but is not limited to the following;

  • Police or other law enforcement or crime prevention agencies

  • Customs and immigration

  • Security and/or credit checking companies

  • Banks and Credit and debit card companies

  • Government and enforcement agencies.

All subject access requests should be made in writing and sent by email to info@4cornersdc.co.uk or sent to the postal address of our registered and main trading address: Four Corners Development Centre, 6 Salah Galal S.T, Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt. There is not normally any charge for a subject access request. However, if your request is ‘manifestly unfounded or excessive’ a fee may be charged to cover administrative costs in responding.

 

You have the right to make a complaint at any time to the relevant Government Body in Egypt. We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns so please contact us in the first instance.

 

Response time limits

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it could take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
